Almost from the first shot, the MECOBOND^® mold is stable (no warm-up), has a nearly homogeneous temperature distribution and can be run at almost any temperature level.

The highly  efficient cavity cooling makes it possible to vary the cooling of the component from area to area, whether for reasons of dimensional accuracy or metallurgical structure.

The many possibilities for adjusting, controlling and regulating the thermal currents create the right basis for reproducible production at a very high level of quality.
